After all these months of political rhetoric (a quarter of each President’s term being taken up with this is a bit much), I’m ready for it to be over. There’s still a month left. Doesn’t anyone else feel the same way?

Living in Massachusetts makes my vote largely impotent (thanks to our electoral college system). This year I think I’ll be voting Libertarian because ideally, that’s how I’d want to vote anyway. Slashdot has a story on asking the Libertarian candidate some questions. This should be fairly interesting and anyone that has been entertaining thoughts of voting Libertarian should probably take a swing and ask a question.
I’ve been saying it for months now, ever since John Kerry pulled ahead of John Edwards, that if Kerry is serious about winning, he will pick Edwards as his running mate. It appears now that Kerry is serious. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a Democrat, nor am I a Kerry supporter. Quite the opposite actually. I’m going to support our current president, George W. Bush. Let me nip this in the bud now, I don’t feel the need to debate that, at least not for the purposes of this entry. So please keep all comments relevant to Kerry’s choice of running mate. ...
